Bowen Technique cancer

Legally cancer cant be treated with complementary therapies but a person who has cancer can be treated. This follows the whole ethics of complementary therapies that a person is treated holistically.

As you havent said in what way you'd be wanting to use complementary therapies, I shall give examples of how people with cancer have found complementary therapies beneficial.

One of the main ways that complementary therapies can help is with the side effects of Chemotherapy. Medical Herbalism, homeopathy and the Bowen Technique have all been found to reduce the side effects without inhibiting the effects of the chemotherapy. By helping to keep the body at it optimum state and functionality a person is able to cope better.

Personally I have also found the Bowen Technique excellent pre and post operative enabling people to recover from their surgery quicker. The complementary therapies mentioned will not interfere with conventional treatment, if in doubt talk to your medical herbalist or homeopath. I strongly recommend that you go to see a medical herbalist or homeopath for a proper consultation rather than just buying remedies from the shops.

A very common comment made by people that have cancer and have complementary therapies is that they feel better within themselves and are able to cope better.

One question that is regularly asked is can complementary therapies get rid of cancer. As previously stated it is not legal to treat cancer unless you are a qualified oncologist. What some cancer patients have found is by ensuring that their body is in its ultimate state of health and functionality, their cancer has subsided.
