Bach Flower

In today’s busy world Mums are often run off their feet with little time
for themselves. Bach Flower Remedies could be very helpful at those
times when things seem to be getting a little out of hand. Here are
some suggestions for the busy Mums of the world.

Agrimony - When we want to get away from noise and chatter or
have aches and pains to bear.
Impatiens - When time is short and the child is slow. To help us
resist the temptation to do everything for the toddler rather than
watch its own slow and fumbling efforts to do things for itself. For the
infinite patience so necessary always.
Hornbeam - For times when we feel we cannot cope with so many
chores and are tired at the very thought.
Cherry Plum - When we feel we would like to ‘take it out’ on the child
because we have reached the end of our endurance. ‘The last straw’
feeling.
Elm - To help when although we try so hard to be an ideal parent, the
task seems beyond our mortal scope and we despair of doing our job
well.

While some remedies can sound similar on the surface but one often
needs to understand their underlying nuances to really choose the
right one. The Bach Flower Remedies have no side effects and are safe
for everyone to use from babies to adults to pets and plants.
